We deliver to anywhere in the world. Deliveries to the much of the UK mainland cost £50. (Please contact us for a quote for outlying areas of the UK mainland.) Congestion charges will be added for deliveries to central London.
For deliveries outside the UK mainland, please let us know the delivery address and we will send you a quote. Please note that for these deliveries the costs or charges of loading, unloading, carriage and insurance will be borne by you.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will ring you to arrange a delivery date. Please provide us with as many contact numbers for the day as possible and we can ring you an hour before delivery (please request this when your delivery is booked in) so that you are not left waiting.
Our two-man delivery teams are professional movers who are fully trained to carry bulky furniture items. For very heavy or particularly large items, we use a four-man team to ensure that your goods are delivered safely.
Please ensure that you check that the items will fit in the room and that there is enough access for our delivery vehicle and for the delivery team to carry the items to your doorstep. We cannot offer a full or partial refund for goods that do not fit into your room or house. | Our delivery team will ask you to sign for the goods by way of acceptance. If you are unhappy with any of the items, please ring the sales team straight away to arrange for a return. All returned items must be kept in their original packaging. We aim to deliver all items within a 14-21-day period – sooner if they are in stock. We will notify you if any items are likely to take longer than this – some items can take up to twelve weeks for delivery. If you wish to cancel your order as a result of this, we will offer you a full refund. However, we cannot offer any compensation as a result of an order cancelled for this reason.
