It’s a good idea to thoroughly check that the items will fit in the room and that there is enough access (front doors, up the stairs, round corners) to allow you to move the items around. For health and safety reasons, our delivery team can carry the items to your doorstep only. Online
We accept orders from around the world. If you live outside the UK, please contact us to place your order.
Having decided on the products you’d like to buy, select the quantity required and click the Add to Basket button for each item. The shopping basket will keep all the items together. Click on the Proceed to Checkout button, where you will see the details of your order on the Order Summary page. Amend your order if you need to, and then click Continue to take you to the payment page. You can either register your details before proceeding to pay for your order or you can skip registration. Click the appropriate button for what you wish to do. When you have placed your first order, you will be sent an automated email with details of your order. If you have registered, you can check on your order by logging into your account and going to My Orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Delta, JCB cards. The payment pages are hosted on a secure server and the details of transactions are encrypted so that information relating to your card is protected. For added security, we do not keep any card details. We take payment from your card when you place your order and then send you an email confirming your order. | By email
You can also email us your order if you prefer. Please provide us with all the correct details of your order, including the product codes, and send the email using the form on the Contact Us page. For security reasons, we advise you to send us any payment details by post or by phoning us on 01753 655443. We do not advise that you send us any credit/debit card details by email. By phone

You can also send us your order by post if you wish. Please provide us with all the correct details of your order and the card by which you wish to pay.
